Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Subscription orders ship free.

Tracking

A tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your package.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at hello@leorexbeauty.com and we'll help resolve it.
