Subscription Cancellation Policy

Our subscriptions have no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time.

How to cancel

You can cancel, pause, or change your subscription through your customer account on our website, where available, or by emailing hello@leorexbeauty.com with your order number.

Timing

To avoid being charged for your next delivery, please cancel before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations made after a renewal has been charged will take effect from the following cycle; the order already charged will ship as usual and may be returned under our Return and Refund Policy if unopened.

No cancellation fees

There are no fees or penalties for cancelling.
